Auction 2009
A gala dinner, silent and live auction will be
held Saturday, March 7th in our fabulous, new Extreme Makeover
indoor ring. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and we expect the live
auction to be finished by 9:30 pm.
A wonderful menu will being provided with deserts by Kilby Cream. We have not set this year's menu, but last year's menu was wonderful.
Tickets are $100 per person and must be purchased in advance. Tickets may be purchased using the PayPal link below. When paying, please note in the PayPal Notes that you are buying auction tickets.
We are accepting auction donations now. Please use this form when sending in auction donations. We can use items such as vacation packages, artwork, jewelry, antiques, horse supplies, and equine related books and videos. If you think more than one person will be interested in the item, we can auction it!
We also offer the opportunity to be an auction sponsor at various levels.
One of our volunteers had the Freedom Hills Ponies paint pictures. They had a blast making these paintings. Bid on one or more and help support our hardworking ponies!
